A new sustainable community, opening links to the Grand Union Canal and public spaces for residents and the public to enjoy. As part of the project brief, our designs aimed to create a stronger communal ethos for the development, providing spaces and facilities that residents and the wider public could enjoy. Several courtyard gardens and children's play areas will be provided across the development, creating a space where people can relax and socialize with friends and family.
REDVERTEX developed 6 final visualizations for Broadway Malyan, arranging greenery based on the specific location of the project and designing public areas. We're delighted to have worked on this alluring project with our dear friends at Broadway Malyan.
